With so many rec associations changing the age cut off dates to be more in line with school ages, is there any anticipating that travel ball will follow suit?

If so, does anyone know how that transition would be managed?

I think TB will follow shortly. The supposed goal of youth travel ball is to prepare the kids for the next step, that being HS ball, then college ball. Right now it's a mess because any kid in GA with a birthday between May 2 and August 31 are likely playing in the wrong age group for college recruitment, and that is 33%!

The end goal is to have a 15u kid be in 9th grade, 16u = 10th, 17u = 11th, 18u = 12th.
