Not to steal anyone’s fund-raining ideas.. but we are a new team and have been struggling to come up with ideas that haven’t already been done this year.. Can anyone share ideas that have been successful? We don’t mind rolling up our sleeves and working to raise the money.. just need ideas on what to do.

We've done several things...

Team yard sales (by far our most successful effort)
Host a tournament
Gold parties (cash for broken, unused, unwanted gold)
Door to door selling (tough in this economy)

Selling/delivering pine straw can be profitable
