Any recommendations on training facilities or personal trainers in the Kennesaw, Acworth areas for high school ages . Not talking about cages, pitching tunnels etc, but weight training/baseball related workouts. Thanks

(I am not affiliated with GATA - just a satisfied customer)

This organization employs former NFL and MLB players who work specifically on speed, agility, and weight-training. It is not uncommon to find members of the Braves, GT Jackets, Bulldogs, Falcons, ATL-based professional athletes, etc. working out along side local travel baseball and football teams. They customize workouts based on your needs - e.g. baseball (by position, if so wanted), football, age, end-state desire, etc.

My sons (14 - heading into HS), and most of their teammates, have been going to GATA for over a year. I have seen a dramatic improvement with regards to their speed, strength, and agility. While it is not cheap, I have seen tremendous results and wholehearted recommend them.

Ask for John Busing - he rocks...

Agreed - My son trains there as well - extremely happy with results!

Another vote for rapid there is a reason they are the best. I saw great improvements for my rising senior.

With the recent conventions.... I second the nomination of Rapid Performance!

My son has seen positive results working with their trainers, and luv that Troy from Peachtree Orthopedic is at the same location. Great folks there.

Can't wait till they open their 2nd location soon in Alpharetta.

Rapid, hands down.

Baseball specific training. Work with a lot of top D1, first rounders, MLB guys in off-season, etc. Their reputation speaks for itself.
