What are some things parents, coaches, and kids like/ dislike about facilities? Playing surface aside, what amenities for the spectators can set it apart from the rest?

As a mom of a 14u player AND a 6year old who usually has to tag along I like:
1. Nets between fields so foul balls are a minimum issue for the little ones playing.
2. A playground that you can get to by walking on grass or side walks, i.e. not across the parking lot half a mile from the fields.
3. An open grassy area or concrete area in between the fields where younger kids could set up a blanket or tent to play, and not be in the way of pedestrians.
4. If you don't have covered bleachers please make the seating area able to be covered by a portable gazebo. We played at a park last year where it was impossible to cover the bleachers due to a high fence in the back of the bleachers for safety. So, if you want to have high fences for safety that would be great, as long as they are covered.
5. Concession staff should have access to toilet paper. One roll will not cover an entire day at the park and refills should be accessible.
6. I would really love for the park to provide a score board operator. Call it an unpaid internship for middle school or high school kids, but that is something that would set it apart from the rest.
7. Do not have the park within 5 miles of a manured field OR a chicken plant...the smells at some of these parks *gulp*!
8. I like recycling bins AND trash bins, always bums me out if I don't have the option to recycle.
9. One tourney hired the Kona Shaved ice truck, it was a bit pricey, but it was very nice to have the option.
10. Another tourney had an Italian ice vendor that was always there, lots of varieties and wow were they good!

This and maybe covered bleachers, netting, plenty of parking.
