Has anyone heard regarding the bat requirements? I do see that Dizzy Dean is going with a -3 on age groups of 13 and above. Just wondering if other organizations are doing the same? At 13 and demanding a minus 3 as opposed to minus 5 is a little crazy. These kids will be going from a -10 to a -3 in one year (age 12 to age 13)
