Anyone know if 14u is allowed to wear a single ear batting helmet? My son has a big head and finding a helmet to next to impossible. Before I try these out, I thought I would check with the experts here.

double flaps are required at every level beneath MLB.

USSSA, High School, NCAA, Minor League ball all require double ear flaps.

fyi, USSSA rule 7.02.F as a reference.
