The Press Release is complete we just need till days end, to get a release from the attorney's of all the parties involved.
One thing for sure you will be in the West, we will be in the East, we will be in the North, we will be in the South, we will be on T.V. and we will have an Undisputed National Champion in every age group.

Posted - 11/29/2012 : 07:36:55 In 12u there should be at least 15 major teams. About Half will know they dont have what it takes to win the big one or financially strapped. They will be going to TC most of the time. Maybe 5 will have what it takes to go deep on Sun. |

Posted - 11/28/2012 : 14:53:25 TBS ran a phenomenal tourney last year . I will tell u they could care less about what TC does. It's too bad b/c Tony does a great job, but that's the truth and there will be scheduling conflicts.
Your also right, half the teams don't have the means to travel out West to the Nationals nor do they need to be there. E32 will vary from age 2 age b/c the odd age groups are so late they will conflict w/school in Ga. Even age groups are good in mid July. |

Posted - 11/28/2012 : 14:15:42 If I am reading this correctly, TBS will have six "district" tournaments to try to qualify for a berth to the State Championships. Along with Super Regional Qualifiers.
With their relationship with USSSA I would guess that they will not schedule these to conflict with the USSSA bigger events.
Will they schedule these events in conflict with any TC events and will it draw teams away from TC? I think TC does an excellent job, but will the major teams choose to attempt to qualify instead of attending TC? Or will TC maintain its following?
Realistically, How many teams from GA would or could(financially and time) take a team to California or will they choose Elite 32, NYBC, Cooperstown or a combination?
Maybe one of the "organizations" could get Cooperstown to host their year end 12U Elite World Series and we could get 2 trips in 1.
We should all become teachers, so we can spend all summer at the ballfield!!!(Of course we would still need some serious sponsors)
