I don't normally bad mouth a product, but I have to make an exception. This past summer I bought my son a No Errors catcher's bag. I thought it would be great to have one place for everything. what a mistake. In less then 6 months, the stitching for the side pocket has let go, the zipper for the top pocket will not zip, and bag looks like it has been to a war zone. His last bag, a Boomba lasted 2 years and he will go back to using that. It means keeping his catcher's gear in a separate bag, but the E2 is so poorly made, it will end up in the trash. Of douse there is some wear and tear for a 13 year old dragging it to games. I expect that, but that also means I cannot return it.

Sorry, but for $200 I would expect at least one full season.

End of vent

Hey DD hows it going? I would call up the manufacturer. They will definitely take care of you either with a new bag or a voucher into a sporting goods store for you to replace that one. It definitely cant hurt to give them a call.

I just bought a new catcher's bag for my son, he was eyeing up the E2 bag and I am very grateful to the sales guy at BetterBaseball who was honest when I asked him about the bag. He said they had many returned with broken zippers and such. Sorry you guys were not as lucky. We went with a Rawlings, not quite as big, but seems to be a good quality. I would try to return it to where you bought it as defective, perhaps you could get some money back, even if used.

Ditto that! They have a one year warranty. We returned my son's 1st bag, after 6 months, thinking it was a fluke. The 2nd one lasted 5 months. I am the equipment nazi! He takes good care of all that money invested in equipment and is required to clean cleats, gloves, bags so to extend it's useful life. Didn't matter with the E2. Not worth the money!
