Camps will consist of professional level instruction on batting, fielding, pitching, and base running. Players will receive speed and agility conditioning from our professional trainer. Each day will end with a game and the last day of camp will include a skills competition. Registration includes a STRIKE ONE SPORTS t-shirt.

Players should pack a lunch and a drink - additional drinks will be available for purchase.

Please have your players arrive each day 15 minutes prior to start time and make sure to bring a glove, bat, helmet and TURF SHOES OR SNEAKERS ONLY - NO CLEATS ALLOWED! Baseball pants or long sweatpants recommended.

Parent / Guardian MUST fill out a Registration form and Code of Conduct, Facility Rules / Liability Waiver form on the first day - forms can be downloaded from website or obtained at check in.
