Posted - 01/18/2012 : 23:36:59 USTSA will be hosting tournaments across Georgia this year and we have a question. Should we have 8U Kid Pitch, 8U Coach pitch or offer both at our tournaments. Please give us your thoughts, comments, and concerns. Please remember we want USTSA to be a step above other organizations and it starts with your thoughts.
Thanks, GAUSTSA |

Posted - 01/19/2012 : 14:05:53 Most teams I know in 8U that are doing coach pitch are only doing it early in the year to allow more time for the players to work on defense, etc. Based on that you might want to offer both CP and KP until March/April. After April I think you will get the most participation from KP as most teams move that direction. |
