Where can I find the listing of teams in the local area (Fulton Cobb)which shows which ones are major, aaa and so forth?

You'll need to wait until they register, but the best place is USSSA website. You can search by age, year, state and A, AA, AAA, Major. You can look at what a team registered and played as in 2011 to get an idea of where they might in in '12.
