I have been a TC fan and will continue to be if they learn from the mistakes of this past weekends State tournament in Cumming:
-umpires were horrible...this was a common complaint at at 9U, 10U and 11U
-the mounds at sharon springs need to be replaced. If they are going to be used in tournaments then put dirt at the end of the short mound.

These tournament associations who are out to make a profit need to earn their money by doing more than updating the bracket.

Question, how are the umpires selected?

We found the umpires to be very good with the exception of one on Sunday! His strike zone was all over the place! Overall, they were much much better than what we have had in USSSA tourneys especially on the south side!
Great job Tony!
