Has anyone tried this fly ball launcher called the Flyball 500? I was shocked how high, far, and accurate it is. It has saved me a lot of arm pain. Their web address is flyball500.com.

Andy -

I have one too, and found it really helpful in getting consistent reps for my son to work on outfield fundamentals with his footwork, route to the ball, zap drills, etc. - especially since I CAN NOT consistently hit fly balls!
