If you have an Android or iPhone take a look at a FREE (FREE for Android not sure about iPhone) app called V1 Golf. Yes this is a golf app, but can be used for other sports as I am using it for baseball. The app allows you to take a video of your player and play it back breaking down frame by frame to correct mechanical flaws. You can do other things like draw lines, circles, or even flip the video. I've found the lines are circles helpful in showing head movement or weight shift. I'm debating on paying to upgrade the app which will allow me to compare videos against one another, but we'll see. I have found this useful and wanted to share.
