I want to play ball as much as anyone, BUT one look at the radar in the last 2 hours would have kept all these families from being out driving in tornado warnings! We leave north Cobb county to drive 45 min. to Alpharetta, in the rain the whole way, to be told 15 mins. before gametime what we all knew already! But because of commitments to our kids and the team, We have to, just in case. I really hope they didn't lose one game of gate fees!!! That would be terrible!!! I've always had alot of respect for the management of this organization, but this was ridicules! Not to mention dangerous! There was no doubt what was coming and I would like to think next time they MIGHT consider the well being of the very people they make their money off of! OK ,done venting! |

ecbstix, I'm praying we don't have to get up at 5:30am, leave by 6am and drive 1 hour to arrive in East Cobb only to be told NO GAME at 8am. I feel ya! I hope they just plan for it tonight and we can hear something??? |
