Our policy is that we do not identify players. We try to not moderate posts that use initials, other identifiers or enough clues that some can figure out a particular player. Sometimes they get through by using information that is known to some in the baseball community but appear to be a general statement and require cleaning up after the fact. Please accept this policy and respect the fact that these are youngsters.
For those that are new or have forgotten we placed a moratorium on any discussions or mentions of guest players. This is a very volatile subject and we went through a period of time where too many discussions ended with heated debates about guest/pickup players. We finally had to just stop posting them. Everyone has their opinion and it can't be resolved on the forums.
