has anyone heard a for real date on when the Easton Rivals are going to be released? I just saw on a online retailer a ship date of May 2011! I hope not!! |

my 13 yo is swinging the 32/27 and is loving it! That thing feels lighter than listed and it has a ton of pop!!! |

Well we decided to get the 2011 Rival BESR model, cant be at a disadvantage this year lol. We got the 31/28 man it is balanced and has lots of pop!! Great bat for $199, bad thing is we can only use it this year!!! |

I received a Baseball Savings catalog in the mail yesterday and they had a few BBCOR bats. I think there was a Vexum, Rival and one other. |

BBCOR certified?
Can't find any online.
Unless you want your players to be at a distinct disadvantage this year, do not use a BBCOR bat until you are mandated to do so. |

Thanks for the info. I had looked high and low and finally found one at Dicks online.I ordered it Sunday night and have it in my hand today. The 28/18's were hard to find. |

Yeah, that's right. Sounds like BBCOR is the standard for colleges beginning this year and comes into play 2012 for high schools. One issue, though, is if you buy a BESR bat it'll be useless by next year. |

Apparently there are significant delays in manufacturing the new high school BBCOR bats. Spoke yesterday with an Easton rep and sounds like it may be late February before their BBCOR bats are available. |

What size weight are you referring to? I've seen plenty for sale. The new THT100 alloy Rivals have been out since the beginning of December. I received my son's 30/20 3 weeks before Christmas.
