All-Tournament Players Park is hosting it's Sandlot League starting in August. The Sandlot League is individual sign up for Travel Ball Players Only.
How the league works:
- Each week will consist of a 30 minute warmup/drill session and then a one hour game.
- We have slots set for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 6pm - 7:30pm.
- Each slot will consist of an age group (example: 11u players for 2011)
- If you are slotted for Mon from 6pm - 7:30pm you will play that night for the 8 week league.
- There will be 18 players per slot.
- We will divide the 18 players into two (9) player teams and each team player will get a number 1-9.
- This number will indicate the fielding position per inning (example: player 1 will pitch the first inning, 2 catch etc.) Each inning the numbers rotate which gives each player experience at all postitions.
This format creates some great action as players will play a position for the first time. Big guys and lefties at short while little guys play 1st. We work situational hitting so home run hitters will be signalled to bunt and so forth. This is for the serious player who wants to learn new positions in a game environment.

Coaches - We are looking for those 3 or 4 players not playing football or other fall sport that wants to stay sharp against other travel ball players.
Parents - This is a great opportunity for your player to play all positions against other travel ball competition. |
