13U and 14U PC BASEBALL TRYOUTS (2021-2022 season)
PC Baseball will be holding an open FREE tryout for any 6th,7th and 8th grade student-athletes who live in the Paulding County HS district and are interested in playing Travel baseball next season.
Tryouts will be held on the following dates:
Sunday, 7/18 at PCHS Times: Registration 1:30; tryouts 2-4:30p
Tuesday, 7/20 at PCHS Times: Registration 5:30; tryouts 6-8:30p
Wednesday, 7/21 at PCHS Times: Registration 5:30; tryouts 6-8:30p
We would like for al tryout candidates to attend a minimum of 2 of the 3 tryout dates but encourage people to attend all 3 tryout dates.
We will be filling a 13u travel team (6th and 7th graders) and a 14u travel team (7th and 8th graders) in 2021/2022. Our goal is to have 12-14 players on each team. We are looking for highly motivated young players who want to be challenged to become better baseball players while displaying great character and discipline.
All practices will be held at PCHS. We will have a light fall practice schedule, working mostly on the mental and physical development of each player. We encourage players to play fall sports and allow kids to play fall baseball with another organization since we will not be playing games in the fall. We understand that playing with PC baseball is a full-time commitment and do not allow players to play with other travel organizations in the spring season. We will start spring season practicing in January and start playing tournaments in late February/early March. Practices will be 3 days a week and we will play in 10+ tournaments and weekday games (40-50 games total). We look to conclude our season by the end of June.

Once we have your information, we will send you a registration form that you must bring filled completely out to the first tryout you attend. All players will need to bring their own baseball gear, wear baseball pants, wear their baseball hat, cleats and/or spikes. If you are a catcher, you will need your own gear. Each player will need to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated during the tryout.
